A two-dwelling structure designed to be replicated on multiple residential lots which originally housed one single-family dwelling. The design also takes advantage of the city’s new Residential Infill Project (adopted August 2021). The overall structure is 38′ x 26′. Each accessory dwelling unit is 800 square feet and features 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths, a Kitchen, Living area, and Laundry area. One of the two ADUs is designed to meet Portland’s visitability requirements.
Design in collaboration with Tran Family Home Investment LLC. Construction on the first six dwellings was completed early 2023, by Contemporary Homes LLC.
